Qualifications

I am a NYS certified Home inspector, license # 16000044199, a NYS certified pest inspector, license #T5865555, and a NYS certified Mold Assessor, license #01046. My required education to become a home inspector was completed in September of 2009, satisfying NYS certification requirements. Continuing education requirements of 24 credit hours every 2 years has been maintained, and independent learning has increased my knowledge base.  I have been in the home inspection business for about 11 years now, the first four years as an employee inspecting residential and commercial facilities in norther NY and central Vermont for the insurance industry. I have completed thousands of inspections prior to starting my own business.
