Block wall repair

This picture is of my basement wall. I have added steel  beams to push the wall plumb, and after a year to accomplish this, I drilled the block, installed steel rod, and filled with cement, most all of it from the outside. There was proch in the area pictured, so I drilled from the inside. Once the cement is cured, I can remove the steel and repair the mortar joints, then insulate.
